Amber and Maddy are the best adventure guides. They’re organized, responsible, and respectful of the environment as well as the varying needs and abilities of participants. They’re also a blast to be around and my stomach ached from laughing almost as much as my legs hurt from hiking! I have now been on two backpacking trips with them and I can’t wait to join them again in the spring. It had been several years since I’d gone backpacking and I have some health challenges that I was nervous about navigating in a group setting but on my first trip with Amber and Maddy I felt completely at ease. They made it clear that if anyone needed to stop and go back to their car they would make sure they got back safely. Knowing they would be accommodating made all the difference in my comfort and I felt challenged in a safe and supportive environment that really celebrated each individual’s achievements and made everyone feel included. I highly recommend joining them on any adventure they lead!
